Rental Terms

Rental Terms:

• Weekly rental ranges from $1700/wk  for April to Christmas, then $2500/wk to $3500/wk from Christmas to April.  
• 11% for state and county lodging taxes are collected on each rental.
• A booking fee of $35 is collected on each rental.
• A deposit of the greater of $200 or 10% of the rental will be collected and then returned after the rental is over.
• All costs are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.
• Final payment is due prior to the beginning of the rental period.
• All payments are non refundable.
• Rentals are booked Saturday - Saturday
• We use a professional cleaning service to clean after all guests, so you don't have to do a thing.

Association Rules:

• No more than six people may stay in the condo overnight.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be onsite during the rental period.
• This is a non-smoking unit!!
• Guests are not allowed to have any pets
• No motorcycles,campers, RV's or trailers are allowed on the property
• Violation of these rules will result in you being removed from teh property without a refund.
